The expression of ANKRD22 in LUAD and its enriched pathway were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis. Bioinformatics analysis, qRT-PCR, and western blot showed that ANKRD22 was highly expressed in LUAD, which had a positive connection with M2 marker genes.
